The Wisewoman Wisdom Walk™ offers a way for women to re-discover power, creativity and meaning in their lives. This is very IMPORTANT and highly SACRED work! We may be compelled as we get older to deepen our awareness of who we are—something inside us seems to absolutely require it!

Some great loss, wound or life-change forces us to push through our confusion, angst and individual issues. We must seek our truest selves, and find abiding value and meaning in what we find.

Honoring ourselves

We are living in a world that often does not recognize or fully honor females as they transition from one life-stage to another, and especially as they mature into their "wisewoman" years. Often a woman feels she has become invisible and no longer of value to herself, her family, and her society.

Remember who you are!

Many of us have lost touch with the rituals, knowledge and vital affirming experiences that empower and enrich the lives of female healers and shamans from every culture around the world: Celtic, Mayan, Native American, Indian, Mongolian, African, Egyptian, and a multitude of others.

What is my true purpose in life? How do I express myself more fully? How can I make every moment matter?

The Wisewoman Wisdom Walk involves an intense, heartfelt, collaborative experience with women who desire a deeper contact with themselves and others, and to deepen their experience of the journey of life at whatever stage they are in. This is highly intuitive work—very challenging and life-affirming.

How do I age meaningfully for myself and others? How can I empower myself as a wisewoman in the world today?

The Wisewoman Wisdom Walk explores these questions through ritual, collaborative and individual experiences, guided meditiations, and creative exercises using various art mediums.
